| Koch Media was formed by the Austrian entrepreneur Franz Koch and Klemens Kundratitz in 1994 during the huge global growth of interactive software. The parent, Koch group itself, has had market leading companies in music, media manufacturing, books and DVD since 1976. The British based company is situated in Herriard, just south of Basingstoke, in the County of Hampshire. Koch Media UK employs an experienced team of professionals with a combined knowledge base in all areas of the industry. |

| Proudly unique in the market, Koch Media publishes and distributes software for a range of formats including PC, PSP, PS2, DS and Wii as well as future platforms and consumer electronics devices. Koch Media differentiates itself by offering value-added services to its business partners including full software publishing, marketing and PR management through a highly experienced team. Publisher relationships with the likes of Square Enix, Sony Online Entertainment, Blackbean Games, Paradox and GSC in games sit alongside Nero, Kaspersky, Mr Site and Onspeed in software. Koch Media’s own publishing operations include Deep Silver games and Europress which develops and publishes games for a younger audience. |

| Furthermore, in 2006, Koch was appointed by Nintendo as its preferred distribution partner in Britain and Ireland and in 2007 was Presented the MCV Distribution Team of the Year at the Industry Excellence Awards. |

| This project was originally due to be carried out over two week-ends to allow for minimal disruption to the office staff. Due to a high end client meeting the project was brought forward and to be carried out and completed over one weekend ready for client occupation on Monday morning and client meeting Tuesday morning. |

| New Business Interiors worked alongside Koch’s Operations Manager to produce the colour sets, designs and selection of office furniture to suit the clients requirements and available space to incorporate additional staff, taking in considering all tight time restrictions. Koch Media’s office space was transformed into attractive, functioning working environment during one weekend. |
