- CAD/Space planning/Design
Whatever the economic climate making the most of what you have always makes good business sense. We specialise in strategic space planning and relocations which means making the most of the space you have and utilising furniture, fixtures and fittings to maximum efficiency. We can also provide 2D drawings 3D Renders along with helping you select your finishes and colour schemes.
- Project management
Completing a project on time, within budget, of quality and to the required guidelines is the job of our project managers. We have a liaison task with numerous clients as well as continual monitoring of key dates, liaising with contractors and delivering on time to ensure you get what was agreed.
- Electrics and data
Our qualified and approved electricians will undertake all our electrical requirements and supply the necessary certificates to you on completion of works. This includes any data cabling that you need so you don’t have to get another specialist involved, saving you time and money.
- Plumbing and heating
Access to a range of professionals means we can quickly deploy the right individual for the job. Our plumbers are all qualified and approved which means we can confidently assign a job to them knowing that our exacting quality and standards will be met.
- Suspended ceilings

- Air conditioning
Modifying and maintaining a constant working environment temperature has become a critical element for any refurbishment project. There are many air conditioning systems that can be deployed depending on size, location and layout of your premises. We can advise on the best solution for you and arrange installation by industry experts.
- Partitioning
Making your space work as it was intended will invariably involve some sort of partitioning. We provide an extensive range of partitioning systems to suit your purposes using different systems, either matching into something you already have or proposing a suitable system.
- Raised access floors
The loading and specification for a raised access floor must be carefully planned and executed in order to ensure longevity. This is such a critical part of any refurbishment that we use an experienced firm with nearly 20 years experience in this field. We have an in-house technical team who we work with to identify the right product for whichever project we are working on.
- Mezzanine floors
A cost effective solution if you are short of storage or office space. With the minimum of disruption to your business we can install a mezzanine floor. All you then need to think about is how you are going to use the additional space – something we can, if not done so already, help you plan.
- Furniture and seating
This is probably one of the most important and visible elements for your staff and customers, something we have recognised and now offer an extensive range of furniture and seating. As well as providing a ‘fast track’ delivery service we deploy experienced installation teams to ensure your space is furnished quickly and efficiently.
- Blinds
We supply and install all types of window blinds in a range of materials to match what you already have or freshen up an existing area or provide the finishing touches to a new space.
